First opened for business in 1985, The Great Midwestern Antique Emporium is a customer focused, co-op community of quality antique dealers, offering an affordable selection of antiques and vintage collectibles.

After more than a quarter century, our frequent customers tell us "you have never looked better!" and, that they especially appreciate and enjoy the presentation and diversity of our merchandise.

A large percentage of our business is loyal repeats and "regulars," many of whom drop in to visit, chat, sip on a cup of complimentary coffee and search the aisles for "new" old treasures. In fact, being able to match "faces" with "interests" is a particular source of pride for The Emporium. Our co-op's size also contributes to that uniqueness. We fill the niche between mom and pop, single owner shops and the large mega antique malls which means, we are able to know our customers personally. At the same time with active dealers occupying 50 individual booths and showcases, the variety and selection of merchandise changes frequently. Our dealers share time staffing The Emporium on a co-op basis, which also helps lend an important "personal touch" often lacking in large scale mega malls.

Founded and managed by dealer Nan Dangle, we work especially hard to cultivate a "family" relationship among both dealers and customers. Collectively, our dealers represent several hundred years of experience. Emporium dealers vary in age and include a couple of mother daughter teams and several husband wife partnerships.

We also have experienced professional appraisers among our dealer family, trained and certified to provide a full scope of professional services on a fee basis.

The range of merchandise found at The Antique Emporium is especially diverse, running the gamut to include:

Furniture Oak, Country, Period
Cut Glass
Art Glass
Pottery
China
Advertising, Signage
License Plates
Toys Vintage and Collectible
Jewelry Costume and Antique
